The ideal applicant should be able to work in all of our Progressive Dimensions locations.

$40,000 a year plus commission

• Sell quartz and natural stone countertops to retail customers, wholesale customers, and designers.
• Give excellent customer service to customers, contractors, and designers
• Must use the company's computer CRM and Google Suite
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Must make sales for the company
• Must know how to read layouts
• Upsell customers
• Follow Up with customers as needed

• Proven inside sales experience
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must be ambitious and motivated
• Strong computer skills
• Kitchen design experience is a plus!
• Track record of over-achieving goals
• Strong phone presence
• Experience working with a CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be passionate about home design
