Progressive Design, Inc. is currently seeking an AutoCAD Drafter- Mechanical/Piping. This is a full time/direct hire position that is located in Midlothian, VA.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for performing drafting duties on assigned projects involving process, service and utility piping, supports, HVAC,

equipment layout, and other mechanically related design

· Perform field work and technical research

·Maintain project files and documentation

·Certify accuracy and completeness of all deliverable products and services in assigned areas of responsibility

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· 2 years experience in AutoCAD, Smart Plant 3D

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Access

· Excellent organization, design and drafting skills

· Ability to travel and easily move about an industrial facility

· Ability to read, understand and review engineering drawings

· Direct interface with clients

· Must be able to communicate and interact with engineers and contractors to provide design solutions

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Strong ethics and corporate loyalty

· Must be results oriented

· Must be a team player

· Must possess uncompromised commitment to quality

· Must be a US citizen, have a valid Driver's license, & pass a Background & Drug test
