Telehealth or In-person - Licensed clinicians needed for community-based practice. 1099 Independent Contractor role.

We are GROWING: Progressive Community Initiatives has immediate openings for skilled, compassionate LPCC, LISW, or IMFT who have experience with adolescents and adults (Couples therapy a plus). We are seeking Therapists to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide clinical counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals in-person (Part-Time or Full Time - 1099) as well as via telehealth/remote.

Duties:
- Provide comprehensive assessment services to establish behavioral health diagnoses (SUD and Mental Health) and determine the appropriate type and level of care.

- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and medically necessary documentation of clinical contacts.

- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of practice

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Valid Ohio licensure (LPCC, LISW, IMFT) is required. Those with an LPC, LSW or MFT may be considered.
• Experience working with adolescents and adults
• Familiarity with clinical counseling approaches and psychotherapy modalities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience with ASAM criteria highly desired.
• Must be willing to provide services to a wide variety of clientele, including adults and adolescents.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
