The Progressive Change Campaign Committee (PCCC) is hiring a Quantitative Strategy Fellow to work on polling data conception and analysis, grassroots member survey data conception and analysis, 2024 electoral data analysis, and working with the PCCC team and partners on quantitative data related projects.
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual with a passion for leveraging data to solve complex problems and inform decision-making. The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player, eager to learn, and possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills to excel in a dynamic environment.
Our team is virtual, with staff in DC and around the country.

Salary and Hiring:
This fellowship offers a full-time, seven-month position with a competitive salary range of $40,000-60,000, including fully-paid healthcare benefits and the opportunity to extend employment after the election.
This position will report to the Press Secretary.
