The Load Planning Coordinator role can sit in either Greenville, SC or Jefferson, GA.
This role coordinates between various operational departments such as Fulfillment, Shipping, Returns, and Transportation as well as the customer’s logistics teams and transport service providers to manage customer orders. Responsible for the efficient dispatch of freight and handle associated administration. Primary functions include managing customer orders from fulfillment to shipping; collaborating with internal/external parties to ensure orders are shipping timely; communicating with carriers daily to execute shipments; preparing shipping documents such as bills of ladings for load tendering; researching issues and discrepancies on shipments; maintaining records of all shipments per guidelines; Follow customer guidelines when preparing shipments.
