Program Development Services, Inc. is seeking energetic people, looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a person’s life by providing in-house and community care, training, and counseling to the people we support at one of our residential facilities located in the Bronx.

Job Availability: Part-time, Full-time

Shifts Available: 

Saturday and Sunday: 7 am - 3 pm or 8 am - 4 pm or 3 pm - 11 pm

Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday or Friday - Monday: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Tuesday - Saturday: Tuesday - Friday, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Saturday, 7 am - 3 pm

Sunday - Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday: 10:30 pm - 8:30 am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide each individual support with their growth in areas including but not limited to counseling, budgeting, food preparation, activities of daily living and recreation
• Ensure that all program and service plans are implemented and documentation is completed.
• Accompany individuals on medical, clinical and other visits deemed necessary by the I.D.T
• Follow all policy and procedures of the agency.
• Administer medication to the individuals (with proper training)

Qualifications:

• Authorization to work in the United States, required
• High School Diploma or its equivalent, required
• One year experience in the human services field, preferred
• AMAP, SCIP, CPR, and First Aid Certifications preferred, but not required
