Our Indiana based customer is looking for a remote Project Manager to add to their growing team. In this role, the Project Manager will foster cross functional team collaboration, lead standups for the PMO team across all disciplines, and communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders. To be considered for this role, the candidate will have three to five years of experience as a Project Coordinator or a Project Manager, have experience leading a team, and have experience managing priorities and risk assessments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the scheduling and execution of Agile related meetings and processes (IE: standups, sprint planning, SCRUM)
- Work with Project Coordinator and Program Director to provide identified Project reports desired by Management to include:
- Status reports as required.
- Review weekly reports to ensure that all project elements are being entered into the Project and updated.
- Assist Coordinators in evaluating potential problems, blockers, and new/changing information as they are brought forward, and develop solutions
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Team Leadership experience.
- Three to five years as a Project coordinator or Project Manager
