At Profuze Barber Kave we provide a total men's grooming experience, which we like to call, "THE PROFUZE EXPERIENCE."

We are a full-service Men’s Grooming Lounge, we are more than just a “barbershop,” we are a one stop shop for all things men’s grooming. Our services include full barbering service, foot and hand care, massages, facials and a professional, friendly environment.

All of our members are treated like VIP’s, we want our members to enjoy a luxury experience like they’ve never experienced at a local barbershop. Our goal is to give men a place where they can come and get a weekly pampering and leave feeling like royalty.

Our services are appointment based, therefore, we are able to take our time with each client, understand their needs and provide quality second to none service.

Here at Profuze we provide our team members with an initial supply package and monthly supplies as needed, hands on training and development, team outings, trips and so much more. Team members must be available Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday’s and there will be no late nights.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking a shop coordinator, preferably a licensed professional (Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Nail Tech, Cosmetologist who specializes in natural Hair Stylist) who are serious about their craft and are looking to be a part of a great team and environment. We are seeking an organized shop coordinator to manage the operations of our salon. In this role, you will be required to supervise and coordinate staff members, greet and tend to customers, manage the appointment calendar, and oversee the daily activities to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the shop. This candidate should be highly organized and demonstrate an exceptional level of customer care. A top-notch coordinator should possess strong leadership abilities and be able to process and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Work closely with owners
• Greet and welcome VIP's and tending to complaints and queries.
• Maintain reception area and checkout VIP's
• Assist in planning and directing daily operations, including training, scheduling, scheduling, and assisting professionals.
• Coordinate with professionals to ensure efficient, timely service and to ensure smooth operation of daily operations
• Maintain inventory, schedule, and employee records
• Supervise the appointment booking and cancellation schedules.
• Maintain familiarity with all policy and procedure manuals
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment by sanitizing, dusting, stocking, and vacuuming
• Maintain professional appearance
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Maintain professional appearance of work environment
• Review and implement new software systems for maximum efficiency
• Promote a positive work environment
• Ensure that shop is stocked with supplies, equipment, and files
• Encourage team members to be creative in highlighting and promoting their services
• Maintains client database
• Provide and train staff on the products/services offered and new services
• Develop marketing initiatives for shop & capture content
