Contributing to our Kitchen Production and Commissary:

• Take a role in all facets of culinary production and packaging procedures.
• Execute culinary preparation tasks, encompassing chopping, slicing, labeling, and portioning.
• Ensure proper storage and maintain optimal temperatures for both hot and cold food items.
• Embark on a promising career path with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, coupled with continuous salary growth opportunities.

Intermittent Warehouse Operations:

• Skillfully select, package, replenish, and organize inventory as needed, effectively juggling kitchen and warehouse duties.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of merchandise.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols in the kitchen, maintaining an orderly environment.
• Conduct routine safety assessments, promptly identifying and remedying potential hazards.
• Assist with dishwashing duties, primarily scheduled on Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to enhance overall operational efficiency in both kitchen and warehouse settings.
• Load trucks meticulously to ensure secure transportation of products.

Fast-paced Kitchen Work; Essential Requirements Include:

Physical Skills:

• Lift weights of up to 49 pounds to handle a variety of products and materials.
• Effortlessly maneuver utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts to fulfill production demands.

Equipment Proficiency:

• Utilize carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment adeptly to transport items within both kitchen and warehouse areas.

Driver's License Prerequisite:

• Possess a valid Driver's License for occasional tasks involving driving responsibilities.

Drug Free Policy:

This is a drug-free company and candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background. Random drug tests are performed as well.
