Strength & Conditioning Coach
Responsible for the development and implementation of physical conditioning training programs for athletes and adults of all sports, all ages, and all levels. As well as directing, marketing, and selling. We are currently looking for a strength coach/performance specialist for our facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Position Responsibilities
- Execution of the Company’s strategic vision
- Execution of the Company’s core values
- Meet all coaching standards
- Ability to coach groups of athletes
o Speed & agility
o Weight room technique
- Supports the company in networking, sales, and outreach
- Assist the CPO in overseeing all training and program design
- Supports Marketing & Sales Coordinator
- Supports Facility Manager
- Executes and helps design safe and sound weight room practices that are in alignment with the company’s standards
- Assist the CPO in internship responsibilities
- Responsible for nightly closing procedures
- Responsible for EZ facility customer input
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Hours will be at minimum 35 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
· Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, health, physical education, or a related field
· Previous experience as a performance specialist in strength and conditioning
· Demonstrated experience inspiring, motivating, and improving the performance of all youth student-athletes
· Proficiency in writing training programs for athletes of all ages in a variety of sports.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues, sports coaches, and athletes
· Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
· A superior work ethic
o Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
· CSCS or PES certification or equivalent
· A willingness to learn and continue to learn
Preferred Skills
· Experience playing, coaching, or managing
Physical Demands and Work Environment
· Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
· Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
· Must be able to move around and drive from location to location
· The ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Compensation and Employee Benefits.
Pay is based on certifications, education, and years of experience.
· As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in our Paid Time Off policy and continuing education program.
· You will receive a $500 per year stipend for continuing education purposes. All CEU approval must be approved by the CPO.
· You are eligible to complete personal training outside of “normal work hours” as approved by CPO. When you complete a personal training session you will receive 70% of the compensation.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
