Electro-Mechanical Assembler

ProFlow is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for the assembly of fluid handling equipment for the marine industry.

Hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm with the occasional overtime as the work load requires.

Pay rate: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing hand tools/power tools to perform basic electrical and mechanical assemblies
• Reading and interpreting drawings to ensure products are complete to customer specifications
• Fit and adjust parts to meet operating requirements of final product
• Communicating effectively with 3-4 other line workers in your cell
• Visually inspection of product before transferring to next cell
• Attached labels and documenting accordingly
• Maintaining clean work environment at all times

Skills and qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent. Technical or vocational training a plus
• Must have 3 years of assembly experience using hand tools/power tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings
• Ability to show other team members how to perform all the above tasks
• This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to attention to detail.
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
