Welcome to Profile Products! We are hiring a full-time Production Shift Lead for our Rockford, WA facility (20 minutes south of Spokane). Our production employees are part of a rotating position within the production plant. Primary responsibility is to monitor all areas, ensure smooth operation of the production plant, and keep all employees on task.

We are looking for a qualified candidate with previous manufacturing experience to lead employees and have the ability to operate all equipment in the plant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
• Ability to successfully pass internal safety and other corporate training initiatives.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable.
• Ability to be at work on time and as scheduled.
• Ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, bilingual in Spanish preferred.

What You Will be Doing:

• Operate all equipment in the plant as necessary.
• Relieve other positions for breaks.
• Unlock/lock the facility.
• Startup/shutdown the production line.
• Collect ingredient usage numbers and ensure they are in spec.
• Ensure all production paperwork is accurate and completed.
• Ensure that employees, ingredients, and equipment are ready to operate.
• Direct employees and ensure they are staying on task.
• Ensure all stations are stocked with materials.
• Maintain preset production goals.
• Operate forklift to load and store bags.
• Stack finished product in designated storage areas.
• Operate Gehl to keep the straw pad adequately stocked.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Perform additional duties as required.
