Job Summary:
Position will deliver top-tier, white-glove service in non-surgical cosmetic evaluations, consultations, and treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of medical spa treatments, a strong understanding of facial aesthetics/anatomy, have excellent advanced practical hands-on knowledge and experience of all or most of the procedures/treatments and products offered in the practice. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in all treatment protocols. They must exude excellent communication and clinical skills and be able and willing to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide positive clinical outcomes. They must be able to maintain a professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude. Every client will be treated with the highest regard and given a proper detailed and thorough consultation and treatment plan. They must hold and maintain a current state license and meet any and all continuing education requirements required by the state of Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of medical spa treatment, with an emphasis on cosmetic injectables.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for clients by providing attentive care and addressing any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and effective treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Treatments may include:

• Cosmetic injectable treatments, including: Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella (or PPC)
• Option to operate energy based device treatments, including: Microneedling w/ RF, Laser Hair Removal
• PRP therapy, dermal stamping, and hair restoration treatments.
• Perform blood work and evaluation for weight management (GLP-1) and hormone replacement therapy programs.
• Men's sexual health & wellness: P-shot, Shockwave Therapy, Penile Girth Enhancement

*Experience in MOST or ALL of the treatments above is required*
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida state license: Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) - pending board approval.

• Proven minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, with proficiency in cosmetic injectables.
• Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plan.
• Comfortable selling memberships & retail products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the field of aesthetics.

Schedule:

• Part-time (16-24 hrs/week starting)
• Flexible Hours
• Possible weekends and scheduled events as needed

Compensation:
- $50,000 - $150,000 per year

• Base hourly wage
• Commission pay
