Exterior Porter/ Maintenance Groundskeeper (Exp Required) Job Description : ProFi Facility Maintenance is a full service commercial property service company. We have been servicing the South Florida Market for over 10 years. We are looking for a Exterior Porter for grounds maintenance for our Plaza. Qualifications:
- Good overall knowledge of cleaning/ property maintenance .
- Looking for minimum 2 years experience in roles such as groundskeeper, exterior porter or grounds maintenance etc
- Must be responsible & take job seriously.
- Must exhibit excellent communication skills with: -Customers- Office Personnel- Fellow Employees
Job Type : 15 hours per week to start, full time available based on your work ethic, and work performed
Pay : $9.00 per hour - ( With Raises based on Longevity)Required experience: ⦁ Exterior PlazaRequired experience:
- Exterior Porter: 2 years

- Exterior Porter/ Maintenance: 2 years
