Come join our team as a Monitored Home Detention Youth Worker! PSG/CIP is a community-based social services organization looking for talented professionals like you to join our team. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Youth Worker in our Monitored Home Detention / Electronic Leg Monitoring (MHD/ELM) programs.
The MHD and ELM programs offer alternative home monitoring in place of detention, incarceration, or other out-of-home placements by providing monitoring services to youth detained to their homes. As the Monitored Home Detention Youth Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring client compliance with court-ordered restrictions. The Youth Worker will contact assigned clients one to two times daily at home or school. School attendance is also checked on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MONITORED HOME DETENTION YOUTH WORKER:
LOCATION: Office is located in Kenosha, WI. Local travel is required (with mileage reimbursement) to meet clients and families at home or other placement settings and community spaces. Must be able to meet in-person with families located in Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings. No required weekends!
