ProLogistix is looking for 1st shift Inventory Specialist
A local distribution in Ontario of a popular name brand of cosmetics is looking is seeking for an Inventory Specialist to hold the responsibility of performing Cycle Counts when needed and maintaining the RMA Inbounds and Damage/Hold Area, while meeting company standards of safety, security, and productivity.
Temp to hire opportunity based off good attendance and performance.
Shift: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm mandatory overtime from 4am-2:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.50
Job Duties:
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience
- Knowledge on a web based WMS and Symmetry
- Physical inventory and cycle counting for up to 15% of shift
- Stand up Reach/Cherry Picker experience and will be operating up to 20% of shift
- Assist in communicating and monitoring to cycle counters
- Communicating directly with the customer on a daily basis via email and in person
- Knowledge of RF scan gun
- Assist in other areas when needed
- Pre-employment screenings
- Must submit resume and interview with hiring manager
- Previous experience in Inventory department
- Great communication via email and in person
- Committed to great attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Excel, Word, Outlook and Cycle Counting experience
- Experience on the Cherry Picker and Stand Up Reach
- Steel toed shoes required and bump cap when operating lift
