Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the growth and profitability of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company standards for merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations and cash register operations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
