```Duties```

- Receive and process parts orders from customers, technicians, and internal staff
- Source and locate parts from various suppliers and OEMs
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock levels
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts
- Perform data entry to update inventory records and track parts orders
- Assist with automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage relationships and negotiate pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair systems and parts
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Proficient in data entry and inventory management software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
