Education and Experience: (Required and preferred educational and experiential qualifications)

  • 3 years Mastercam and SolidWorks experience or other 3D CAD software
  • Experienced in 5 axis CNC setup and operation
  • CNC trade school certification or equivalent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.

  • Ability to read code, drawings and work instructions and set up machinery accordingly
  • Design and build fixtures to assist in trimming formed plastic parts
  • Performs part inspection and verification that parts meet quality standards as required
  • Works with Quality to correct non-conforming parts
  • Keeps machining area neat and orderly
  • Daily inspects equipment performs scheduled maintenance as needed
