PPS is seeking a talented Facilities Technician to join us in Scarborough, ME! The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing maintenance on production equipment, buildings and facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Performs a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assists in installing, troubleshooting, and starting up equipment.
- Provides maintenance to the buildings, vehicles, and associated facilities, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, structural, and landscaping.
- Diagnoses mechanical problems, disassembles, repairs, reassembles, tests and adjusts production and building equipment.
- Assist in repair and maintenance of : Compressed Air Systems, HVAC / Evaporative Cooling Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Deionized Water Systems, Clean Room Applications, Pneumatics / Hydraulics, Sheetmetal Fabrication, Welding, and Machining Equipment.
- Performs other duties as required.
