We are a local SBE, DBE, HABE,MBE, SBD certified small business painting company that is Licensed, Bonded and Insured for Residential and Commercial painting in Arizona. We are experienced in time sensitive projects, Tenant Improvement Projects, and Government/Prevailing wage projects. We provide safety training for all employees. We pride ourselves in our integrity of offering outstanding customer service, excellent craftsmanship, and affordable prices to our customers.
Our company is looking for experienced Painters/Laborers to help us complete a variety of projects. We need individuals with some experience painting, but willing to learn and make a contribution.
Responsibilities:
- On-site prepping: masking, covering all fixtures not to be painted
- Surface Prep (i.e.. sanding, scrapping for old paint removal, etc..)
- Fill all holes and cracks with appropriate material (i.e.. caulking)
- Paint all surfaces as instructed and with appropriate tools for the project
- Be able to apply varnishes and other finishes
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have proven experience as a painter for at least 5 consecutive years
- Must have own transportation
- Must have at least two business references
- Must have great customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of painting material
- Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
- Knowledgeable in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
