Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting leadership in maintaining client relationships, marketing campaigns, and execution of marketing strategies. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with our internal teams. Having a passion for marketing is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities in supporting the leadership team includes but not limited to.

• Client correspondence
• Including emails, phone calls, coordinating calendars, follow up phone calls.
• Project management
• Manage projects in client management system to ensure deadlines are being met.
• Media & partner correspondence
• Includes emails, phone calls, follow-up on requests.
• Support leadership team with client budgets, projects, and overall account management.
• Manage client budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring that campaigns stay on budget.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and client communications.
