The Project Manager or Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for managing the Installation of Manufacturing Equipment on Site at Jeffersonville, OH

• Project Management Responsibilities overseeing Installation of various Manufacturing Equipment or Material Handling Systems and Automation.
• Review and evaluate technical documentation, engineering drawings, SOW’s, Area Layouts, and Deliverables.
• Develop Project Schedule based on available information derived from meetings, suppliers, and clients data.
• Communicate project status and needs between Engineering, Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics departments, sub-contractors, and Clients.
• Manage Site Project meetings on a regular bases.
• Inspect installation work of corporate products to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Meet with contractors and customers to ensure project is completed according to schedule.
• Write project reports, emails, and correspondence detailing project status and issues.
• Resolve issues and determine alternative solutions to equipment installation problems.
• Meet and negotiate with the customer to determine the cost, terms, and conditions of change orders.
• Supervise the installation of equipment and purchased products and materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 7 years of Project Management Experience installing Industrial / manufacturing Equipment
• Must be able to work daily on site at Holland, MI
• Min 10 years of Experience Installing Manufacturing Equipment
• Project Scheduling Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field or Related work experience highly desired but not required with advance experience
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to work with all levels of professionals including Clients, Subs, Management, and field employees
• Possess MS Office skills. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• This is an Hourly Position, must be able to work OT
• Will Pay Daily Per Diem for qualified candidates
