- Have a current Colorado CNA license

- Have a valid driver's license, clean MVR & proof of auto insurance

- Have reliable transportation

- Be able to assist the RN in patient care

- Be dependable and reliable

- Pass a background check

- Have proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
