Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse; clinical oversight or management experience a plus.
- Minimum 1 years’ in home care experience a plus
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
- Current CPR certificate.
- Ability to travel locally and visit patient homes as needed.
- Strong English language skills; bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
- Experience with pediatric and adult patients a plus; trach and vent experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to train, coach, and manage nursing staff in the field
- Ability to manage a patient caseload
