The Position

We conduct a call center environment to effectively assist our patients. On the phones you will provide excellent customer service while speaking with patients from hospitals around the country to provide effective solutions to resolve their medical debt. The functions include:

• Address questions patients may have regarding their accounts
• Negotiate, take, and report payments
• Educate and help patients understand their financial obligation
• Convey insurance information
• Follow HIPPA standards
• Navigate multiple computer systems

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a Medical office (not required)

Compensation

• Starting $15/hour and ranging up to $18/hour
• Monthly incentives based on Key Performance Indicators’

Colorado Applicants only:As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Professional Finance Company, Inc. provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Coloradoonly, the range of starting hourly pay for this role is$15- $18/hr. The position is also eligible for monthly incentives and information on benefits offered is here.
