Licensed Electrician (Commercial Service)

Professional Electrical Contractors (PEC) is accepting resumes for Licensed Journeyman Commercial Service Electrician & Systems Techs.

Top priority will be given to candidates that have a strong background Low Voltage Security & Fire Alarm work.

Our work involves - Retail, Academic, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Fire Alarm & Large PV projects.

PEC is a 30 year Massachusetts based commercial electrical contractor with our corporate office being locate in Canton, MA. and we offer above average hourly compensation - plus time and a quarter hourly rate when working nights.

Job requirements:

• Commercial Service experience to also include Retail Service experience
• Clean Driving Record
• Plan layout and the installation of electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment or components to identify hazards, defects or the need for adjustment or repair.
• In-depth knowledge of fire alarm instillation
• Pipe bending and threading
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Mechanical and refrigeration wiring and troubleshooting is a PLUS.
