Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Bilingual-Spanish Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects in the commercial cleaning industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of custodial staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards and to the satisfaction of the customer. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments or contractors to coordinate project activities
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of completed tasks, timelines, and any issues encountered
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong background in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, floor care, porter, or commercial cleaning roles
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Strong ability to build customer relations and provide overall customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in hotel or housekeeping management is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using project management software or tools

Qualifications:

- Must speak, read and write effectively in English and Spanish
- Valid DL with a clear MVR
- Must clear fingerprinting, criminal background check and drug screen and/or other requirements
