Professional Care Medical Practice PC, is currently looking for a Full Time Behavioral Health Clinician [(i.e., either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to work on-site in the medical department at the Warren County Jail in Lake George, NY.

This position would be 40 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday during normal business hours 7:30a-4:00p / 8:00a-4:30p.

• Must be licensed as a LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC in the State of New York.
• Must hold a Master’s degree or greater in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Service field with a concentration in clinical course work, training and/or experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience (preferred).
