PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for M-F Part-Time Evening Lead Custodial positions in Dyersville, Iowa.

• Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Employer will do a background check.
• EOE
• Part Time position M-Fri.
• Start Time: 3:30 pm
• 4 hrs range per Evening
• 20 Hours per Week.
• Upto $15.00 per Hour

• Must be dependable, and trustworthy.
• Must have 1 year Leadership Experiance

Duties:

• This position is a working Site Lead cleaning crew.
• Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
• Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
• Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, & other key Team Members.
• Enforce Policies, Conduct and Disciplinary Actions.
• Inspections
• Equipment & Supply Maintenance
• Document Reports

You will be working with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
