Janus Building Services is seeking dependable applicants for Window Washer and Carpet Cleaner for local retail and Commercial Businesses.

• Applicants Must Pass a Background Check
• Must Pass DOT CERTIFICATION
• SAFETY ORIENTED
• Operate Bucket Truck & Areal Lifts
• Experience in Leading Team of 10 individuals
• Valid Driver's License with No (or minimal) Traffic Infractions for the Past 2 years as you will be driving a Company Vehicle
• Includes Carpet Cleaning if/when season slows down
• Reliable transportation to get to Head Quarters
• Body Strength: Must be able to Lift 50 lbs
• Leg Strength: to Climb Ladders
• Core Strength: to Stand for an extended time
• Back Strength: to Bend multiple times daily
• Arm Strength: to Control a Window Washing Pole
• Bravery: Handle Heights of 80ft in the Air
• Be Adventurous: to Travel to different Quad City Areas in Both IOWA & ILLINOIS
• Endurance: to a complete weekday jobs & be available for Over-Time w/ Over-Time PAY!
• Adaptation: to work Early Mornings for Window washing in different daily Midwest Elements, Job Starts in Early Spring through Late Fall! Alternating with evening Carpet Cleaning jobs.

• Starting your Paid Training Adventure at $15.00-$17.00 per Hour PLUS POTENTIAL OVER-TIME PAY!!!
