Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare accurate reports tailored to the unique needs of healthcare clients.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the ever-changing landscape of healthcare.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to healthcare financial regulations, providing expert guidance to navigate complexities and minimize risks.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare clients, offering proactive financial advice and solutions.

Location preference would be either Dayton, OH; Columbus, OH; or Kettering, OH; however other locations will be considered!

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, with a focus on healthcare finance
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
