Inbound call center hiring REMOTE agents for an Answering Service.
Job Details :
- You must have a quiet workspace with your own equipment. We run on Windows 10 or 11 PRO (not home).
- You must have a wired USB headset and high speed internet.
- We require an upbeat attitude, excellent customer service skills and that you can accurately type 35-40 wpm.
- We are 24 / 7 and you will be expected to work weekends and holidays.
- We are currently hiring for our 7a-3p shift and 3p-11p shift (EST) which includes working weekends and holidays.
- Work week has either Thursday / Friday off or Tuesday / Wednesday off.
