ProFed Credit Union is Hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist Near Fort Wayne, IN
QualificationsRequires a sound basic knowledge of loan products, documentation, and branch operations. Must possess a high degree of computer and organizational skills for maximum job performance. Must present a professional image when representing the credit union. Ability to prepare and complete detailed documentation is required. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Physical RequirementsClear and effective communication abilities required. Must be able to view a terminal screen and operate a computer keyboard. Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review loan files to ensure proper documentation and rate compliance
- Process paid loans and title/lien releases
- Verification of deposits
- Insurance and title tracking
- Administer collateral protection insurance
- Compile information and prepare loan department internal reports
- Miscellaneous filing, scanning, and gathering of branch information
- Provide support to members and branch staff
- Additional duties as assigned
