Responsibilities :

• Safe and Timely Mail Delivery : Ensure all mail and packages are delivered securely and on schedule along the assigned route.
• Vehicle Operation : Drive a company-provided right-hand drive Jeep, maintaining the vehicle in good working order.
• Customer Service Excellence : Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during deliveries.
• Route Management : Plan and execute the delivery route efficiently, adhering to any defined schedules while maintaining flexibility as needed.
• Compliance and Safety : Follow all postal and company regulations, including safety protocols and procedures.
• Documentation : Accurately complete and maintain all necessary delivery records and logs.
• Communication : Maintain clear and professional communication with the local post office and company management regarding route progress and any issues.

Qualifications :

• Insurance Proof : Must provide proof of personal vehicle insurance.
• Physical Capability : Ability to lift and move items up to 70 lbs.
• Experience : Previous carrier or delivery experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Independent and motivated problem solver, capable of managing tasks without direct supervision.
• Flexibility : Ability to adapt to varying route schedules and delivery demands.

Compensation :

• Salary : $43,000 - $46,000 per year
• Bonuses : Performance-based bonuses available
• Benefits : 11 paid federal holidays, company-provided right-hand drive Jeep (fuel costs covered by subcontractor)
