13 weeks traveler CLS GY Shift Need coverage for grave yard and some swing shift (variable mainly g/y and second). Tuesday through Saturday 2300-0730. Experience with blood bank chemistry and hematology At least 1 year of experience

CLS LICENSE
Physical or Physician's letter stating fit to work, Tdap vaccination (or declination), Color-blind test, Annual Tuberculosis screen - PPD or IGRA (blood test), Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccination/titer showing immunity, Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test), Mumps vaccination/titer showing immunity, Annual Respirator fit test.
