Productive Alternatives is hiring for a Community Site Supervisor position. We are looking for an individual that is organized, professional, enjoys working with the public and embraces change and diversity. This position is responsible for onboarding, scheduling and supervising our job coaching staff, approving payroll, assisting with billing and maintaining positive relationships with our community partners. This position also coordinates and schedules our transportation routes. Interested applicants must work well with a team and be interested and willing to be actively involved in the communities we serve. Preferred applicants should have supervisory experience in a human services field and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Education in social work, Psychology or other human services related field, experience with Person Centered Planning, 245d, mental health, therapeutic intervention, all an added plus! It may be possible to accommodate PT or FT preferences if desired. Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
