Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with diverse needs and abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals in daily activities and routines

- Assist with personal care tasks, including ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)

- Support individuals with developmental disabilities

- Assist in social work activities, community integration, and/or employment activites.

- Perform heavy lifting when necessary

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

-Transport individuals to or from our facility (Company vehicle provided)

Requirements:

- Willingness to work with individuals with developmental disabilities

- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; PAID TRAINING!!!!

-Valid Drivers License

-High School Dipolma or GED

-Clean Background check and Drug Screening
