Job description

Manufacturing and Product Packaging Technician

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Product Packaging Technician to join our team. This entry-level position offers significant potential for growth and will involve hands-on involvement in various packaging and inventory management activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently organize and label products according to company standards.

Perform meticulous quality control checks and maintain detailed records.

Prepare products for shipment and assist in maintaining inventory.

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Occasionally support other departments as needed to meet production demands.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic proficiency with data entry and office software.

Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
