Global GTM Training & Enablement Senior Manager

Productboard is hiring a Global GTM Training & Enablement Senior Manager to lead, develop and implement our GTM, customer facing learning experience. You will design, develop, and facilitate training, content, and processes to support our growing Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Support organizations at Productboard. This is a very hands-on role and reports to the VP of Global GTM Operations.

On a typical day, you will … 

  • Develop deep understanding of customers’ needs and buying process to identify patterns and insights and convey those results through enablement
  • Develop and implement Productboard’s GTM enablement philosophy and strategy 
  • Build, maintain, iterate and report on GTM role-specific onboarding tracks that enable process and tech stack knowledge efficiently and effectively.
  • Create, implement, iterate and report on internal Certifications for Pitch, product Demos and Conversational Readiness
  • Establish enablement priorities for all GTM new hire roles for 30-60-90 days, in parallel to meet and exceed Rep quota requirements
  • Maintain, iterate, improve and facilitate GTM Enablement Resources on a Google site
  • Standardize and implement process templates across GTM org and maintain for accuracy
  • Plan, host and follow up on bi-weekly GTM Enablement sessions; full GTM team or role specific sessions
  • Attend role specific team meetings for deeper enablement on key topics
  • Measure and report on engagement on enablement program results 
  • Work collaboratively with Product Marketing to create enablement resources (competitive messaging, battle cards, sales plays)
  • Assist in content development for quarterly sales kickoffs and assist with weekly sales meetings
  • Contribute to future tech stack evaluations and implementations
  • Highlight and celebrate team member best practices and wins

About You:

  • 3 years Sales Enablement experience
  • 3 years training Facilitation experience; global audience ideal
  • 3 years in a quota carrying Sales or Sales Manager capacity
  • Experience building and enhancing role specific onboarding 
  • Project Management experience a plus

SF Bay: $150,000 - 199,000
