Description/Job Summary
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., overtime as needed including weekends.
Job Summary: Responsible for supervising employees and the cleanliness of the property. Will be response for assisting with rodent control, fumigation and passing the fumigations licensing test within 6 months of date of hire.
Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to climb up to 100 feet.
• Must be willing to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.
• Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time.
• Must be willing to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must read, speak, write and understand English.
