The batch and blend position is a utility position with many different responsibilities. Most of the job is CIP’s of pasteurized tanks and lines, restocking chemicals and keeping alcoves clean and neat.

Some of the other duties of this job include:

• Break down, clean, set up and run the CIP circuits for pasteurized tanks and lines.
• Put tanks and lines back together after the CIP and let the pasteurizer know they are ready for use.
• Make sure alcoves are neat and cleaned when done with CIPs.
• Restock chemicals for CIP’s and cleaning.
• Batch drinks and clean up afterward.
• Pull packaging for next production run.
• Receive deliveries and put away.
• Rotate stock and keep warehouse clean and neat.
• Complete items on weekly clean up list.
• Take over for filler operator or receiver as needed between shifts.
• Help with CIP’s for fillers as needed.
• Forklift and pallet jack checklist for production equipment.
• Caustic flush and sanitizes fillers for drinks.

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Previous knowledge of basic equipment operations
• Demonstrate good judgment, and problem solving and decision making skills as well as being an organized record keeper

Hourly Range: $27.80 - $30.90
