We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Duties:
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

- Strong research and sourcing abilities
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes
- Ability to manage recruitment contracts
