Prodigious Hospices is looking to fill a Spanish Speaking Full Time Hospice RN position with availability Monday through Friday in the San Antonio/Surrounding area. This position does require On Call availability.

Duties:
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care while managing multiple priorities
- Apply critical thinking skills to assess, prioritize, and intervene in complex patient situations
- Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and their families
- Apply specific criteria for Hospice Admission and Re-Certification to establish patient’s eligibility.
- Ability to complete required documentation in an electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement plan of care

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Experience working in hospice or palliative care preferred
- Active Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable Transportation
