The Ad Operations Specialist 1 is pivotal to the effective execution and management of digital advertising campaigns and collaborating closely with account management and ad operations teams. This role is dedicated to enhancing digital campaign success to meet sales and client satisfaction objectives by launching, overseeing, and refining campaigns across various platforms. The role demands proficiency in organizational skills, following detailed instructions, and clear communication to ensure campaigns meet strategic and financial goals with accurate execution and reporting.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Campaign Coordination
    • Initiate and manage digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms to meet sales goals and client expectations.
    • Coordinate and manage multiple stages of production for digital advertising campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution from inception to live environment.
    • Identify, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in information or assets to maintain campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues and collaborate with the support team to resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Work closely with account management to ensure that all contractual obligations are being met, aligning with client needs and expectations.
  • Ad Integration and Unit Creation
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to create new ad units that align with client goals and industry trends.
    • Customize ad integrations for Premium Publishers to enhance ad performance and user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Capture, analyze, and report results from third party platforms, providing valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
    • Oversee and adjust campaign budgets to comply with client contracts.
    • Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal groups to improve and enhance product offerings.
    • Deliver precise, timely reports on campaign metrics to stakeholders.
  • Campaign Optimization
    • Understand client objectives and work to improve campaign success by continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data and communicating optimization recommendations for maximum account growth and retention.
  • Client Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high client satisfaction levels, and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Success for an Ad Operations Specialist 1 hinges on their capacity to guarantee the smooth execution of targeted digital campaigns, proactively identifying and rectifying missing and inconsistent data to enhance campaign performance. They excel in effective collaboration with the sales team to create campaigns aligned with client specifications, while also meticulously managing campaign details to ensure strict compliance with agreement.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven reliability.
  • Independent initiative-taker with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive task completion.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects independently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to maintain professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction, exhibiting a friendly and accessible demeanor.
  • Ability to follow procedures diligently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to work effectively in team settings.

The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Prior experience in the digital advertising industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude with digital advertising platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Competency in digital advertising platforms is preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated hourly base salary range for this position is $28.3/hr to $30.2/hr. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
