Overview

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and motivated leader to lead Prodapt’s Strategic Insights & Thought leadership programs. This team comprises Analysts and SMEs focused on creating original thought leadership/advisory content to cater to the business needs of our clients (leading service providers in the Connectedness industry, across the Americas & Europe). The team’s focus areas include – Cloud Services, Operations Excellence, Network Services, Digital Customer Experience, Enterprise IT, Product Engineering, and Emerging Technology services. This role requires exceptional business writing skills, and experience in creating original, well-researched business/ thought-leadership content that aligns with the company’s business strategy and helps further the brand.

Responsibilities

• Build, Lead, and review work of the Strategic Insights team in the production of high-impact thought-leadership/advisory content globally. This includes Insights, Industry viewpoints, whitepapers, success stories, etc..

• Build relationships with account/SBU leaders to onboard new projects for Insights creation. Help unearth cutting-edge insights from strategic customer engagements, in collaboration with senior stakeholders in delivery/ Practice organizations

• Enable Sales, Business Dev/Practice teams in the sales pursuits

• Enable digital content marketing programs
