Weekend BBQ Master

Saturdays and Sundays 9-3pm

Proctor Ace is looking for someone who will smoke tasty treats and serve to our customers outside our Ponte Vedra location on Saturdays and Sundays.

You will be responsible for:
- Setting up and preparing bite-size samples of smoked meat or other bites using the different grills, smokers, sauces, spices and rubs we sell
- Engaging, interacting with and educating customers as they enter and exit the store on all different types of grills, smokers, and supplies we carry. (Commissions will be paid for all direct sales)
- Cleaning up and putting away all supplies

Must be personable and outgoing.
