Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, scheduling, managing and evaluating cashiers
- Managing Customer Service register and assisting customers with special orders, in-store pickup etc.
- Managing front end opening/closing procedures, register balancing, overseeing secure safe management, cash drawers/balancing, and following all store accounting practices
- Assisting with employee training, onboarding and evaluations
- Managing receiving paperwork
