We are seeking a Product Operations Manager specializing in Release Management to join our Product Operations Team. This role is pivotal in refining and managing our product release system to ensure a superior customer experience as Procore launches new products to the world.
As a Product Operations Manager , you'll be a part of the Product Operations team and will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure both internal teams and customers are well informed on the timing and value of new releases. You'll oversee the release management process, orchestration of beta programs, and ensure all releases are delivered to customers in a consistent and timely manner. You'll lead a small team of Product Release Managers in supporting the release system, with potential for expansion. You will be a critical part of Procore's product development life cycle and have the opportunity to make a mark on Product & Technology teams as Procore scales.
This position reports into the Director of Product, Operations and is based in Austin, TX . We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a robust release management system, focusing on process standardization, tool optimization, and effective communication channels.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive release calendar and repository for historical release data and pilot/beta programs.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product Marketing, Support, Documentation, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage all phases of the release process, from pilot to general availability, ensuring clear internal and external communications.
• Develop and implement practices for beta management, including defining success criteria, participant recruitment, enablement, and feedback collection.
• Manage and grow a small team of Product Release Managers
• Utilize tools like Jira, LaunchDarkly, Confluence, and AirTable to manage product release information and reporting

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technology company, with a focus on product release management or a similar operations roles
• Exceptional project management and organization skills with a high attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience with process standardization and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational challenges and implement solutions with proper change management and communications.
• Experience in leading and growing a team
• Proficient with product management tools such as: Jira, AirTable, and LaunchDarkly
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies, CI/CD deployment, and modern release practices
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $124,560 - $171,270. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
