Payroll Analyst - Contract - Exton, PA

Proclinical is seeking a Payroll Associate to support multiple payroll projects and process improvement for a leading pharmaceutical company.

This contract position is located in Exton, PA.

Primary Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will possess payroll / human resource business knowledge, in-depth ADP and / or Workday knowledge, and system conversion or upgrade experience.

This role will involve supporting projects and cross-functional initiatives, acting as a resource for Payroll special projects within or across HR groups, and analyzing and evaluating data for purposes of conversion from ADP to Workday.

Skills & Requirements :

  • BS in related field preferred (not required) or equivalent work experience.
  • Entry level is acceptable.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience supporting payroll implementations or conversions for US.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage Payroll and Reporting systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HCM is a plus.
  • Advanced excel skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Payroll & HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, prioritize requests, adapt well to change, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breach of confidentiality.

The Payroll Analyst will :

  • Support projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as a resource for Payroll special projects within or across HR groups.
  • Analyze and evaluate data for purposes of conversion from ADP to Workday.
  • Escalate issues / risks proactively to appropriate team members and management.
  • Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management.
